    A very frustrating experience so far, bought the product, but had to spend more on WinZip and then found that I had used ALL of my downloads up. So the only thing I have at the moment is a good copy of WinZip BUT NO PHOTOSHOP. UPDATE:- Problems in downloading at this end, probably due to slow Broadband, but with the excellent support from the company, by several e-mails, I NOW HAVE a copy of Photoshop.👍👍😊😊

    Even though the installation of Photoshop 2023 seemed unfamiliar to me at first, I received insightful assistance from the short video that came with it.
    The installation went smoothly at first. Upon reaching a certain point, it aborted because my computer had an insufficient operating system with Mac OS 10.15.7. A version of Mac OS 11.xx was required.
    I can only advise to pay attention to the correct system requirements when ordering.
